I’m just writing to tell you what a joy your guided relaxation book is! I absolutely LOVE it and it has helped me so much. I refer to it a lot planning my own classes and I can’t thank you enough for the refreshed inspiration I’ve gained from your wonderful writing. I keep it with me in my yoga bag!
